The discovery of the severely decomposed remains of missing teenager Jerbiah Paul has led to murder charges against two police officers in Dominica.Paul was reported missing on July 24. On August 12, her remains were found on a cliff in the northern village of Capuchin and later linked to her. Police said DNA testing was needed to confirm her identity.
