Minister for Housing, Local Government and Urban Renewal Richard Frederick has been placed on administrative leave “until further notice” while issues related to the Saint Lucia Social Development Fund (SSDF) are being resolved.Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre announced the decision at Monday’s pre-Cabinet press briefing, saying it was taken to avoid any suggestion that Frederick could influence the process.
