A 27-year-old Saint Lucian woman has been found dead in Ottawa, Canada, with police treating her death as suspicious.Ottawa police went to a home in the 200 block of Guigues Avenue in Lowertown on Saturday morning, where they discovered the lifeless body of Kesi Fevrier of Mon Repos.A cousin of the deceased told St Lucia Times on Sunday that Fevrier had returned to Ottawa, Canada, where she had been studying, just ten days prior.
