The Saint Lucia National Cricket Association (SLNCA) wrapped up its Women’s T20 Tournament on Sunday at the La Fargue Playing Field, where home team Choiseul beat their neighbours Laborie. Alyiah Alfred led the way with strong performances in both batting and bowling.Laborie captain Skyy Smith won the toss and chose to bat first. However, tight bowling from Alfred, captain Roylin Cooper and Swayline Williams limited Laborie to 99 all out in 19.1 overs.Alfred took four wickets, conceding just 18 runs from her 24 legal deliveries, 17 of which were dot balls. Cooper's spell of four overs yielded 19 runs and two wickets, whilst fellow veteran Williams took 2 for 8 from two overs.
