A 40-year-old Castries man has been charged with murder in connection with the death of 21-year-old Merissa Auguste, whose body was found along the Millennium Highway earlier this month.The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force said Vianney Lubrin of La Croix Maingot, Castries, was formally charged with murder following an investigation by the Major Crimes Unit.
