Nominations for the closely watched Castries Central constituency were completed this morning at the CSA Centre in Sans Souci, where three contenders – UWP candidate Rosh Clarke, SLP candidate Richard Frederick and independent candidate Stanley Felix – were formally entered into the upcoming general election.
