Writer and director of Heartfall, Elijah Anatole.
Saint Lucian film Heartfall, which explores love, loss, and the silent battles men face with depression and suicide, is set to premiere at the Caribbean Cinemas Megaplex 8, Choc Estate, on May 4.
Written and directed by Elijah Anatole, the film will debut with a grand red-carpet event attended by the film’s cast, crew, sponsors, and specially invited guests.
Heartfall, starring Kareem Stanley and Chianne Cools, follows a man struggling with heartache after losing the love of his life, only to find an unexpected second chance at love in the most unlikely place.
Anatole, founder of Artlas Studios, expressed his excitement about the film’s release: “This film is a passion project that not only tells a powerful love story but also sheds light on the mental health struggles that many men endure in silence. I hope it resonates with audiences and sparks meaningful conversations.”
Following the premiere, Heartfall will have its official theatrical release on May 24 and 25 at Caribbean Cinemas, with the possibility of additional dates. Tickets can be purchased at Caribbean Cinemas on the screening days.
Heartfall is also set for a US and global release in the near future.
