A mother’s distress has turned into a wave of relief after her only son, Marvin Laurencin, reported missing earlier this week, returned home.

Susana Thomas confirmed that 32-year-old Marvin returned at about 6:00 am on Friday after a three-day absence from his La Clery, Castries residence.

Marvin had left home on Monday afternoon, telling his mother of his plans to visit Forestiere, but failed to return that evening, prompting concern among his family.

His mother had grown increasingly anxious as the hours passed, unsure of his whereabouts or well-being.

Susana told St. Lucia Times her son confirmed that he had indeed been in Forestiere.

“I feel much better because I was worried,” she expressed.

The mother has extended their heartfelt thanks to the public for their help and support during the search for Marvin.
