Police seek public’s help to locate missing girl

The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force is appealing to the public for assistance in locating Israel Phillip of Black Mallet, Castries, who has been reported missing.According to police, Phillip was last seen at about 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, 30 July 2026. At the time, she was wearing black tights, a black hooded jacket with a red stripe on the back, and a pair of Reef slippers.
