A few weeks ago, during a workshop hosted by Helen’s Daughters, Dr Kadamawe Knife, a Senior Lecturer and Director at the University of the West Indies, made a statement that has stayed with me.He argued that bad food, particularly the food we import, is killing more Caribbean people than gun violence. It was the kind of statement that makes you stop and think.
