Mighty Pe’lay remembered on 15th anniversary of his death

Fifteen years after the death of The Mighty Pe’lay, the legendary Saint Lucian calypsonian, the new Calypso Review Committee (CRC) honoured him with a special exhibition and ceremony at Constitution Park in Castries on Monday.Jeff Pe’lay Elva, also known as Mr Consistency, died on September 28, 2011, at the age of 67.
