A man has been charged with the murder of Venus “Toho” Joseph, more than a year after his charred remains were discovered in a burnt vehicle at Cannelles, Vieux Fort.Larian Swanson was arrested and charged following an investigation by the Major Crimes Unit into Joseph’s death.
