Girard faces press, insists Youth Economy still delivering

Economic Development and Youth Economy Minister Wayne Girard made a rare appearance before the media at Monday’s pre-Cabinet press briefing, where he addressed questions about the Youth Economy Agency (YEA) and the changes it has experienced.Girard had said before that he would appear in public more often, but he has not done so.
