Josh De Freitas has taken over the leadership of the Saint Lucia Yacht Club (SLYC) after being elected during the SLYC’s Annual General Meeting held on Sunday, January 25.De Freitas, a former secretary, replaces Peter Lang who has served as Commodore since 2018 at the oldest active club on the island, with a history spanning more than 60 years.
