Consultation Confirms Gaps in Inclusion as Saint Lucia Advances Disability Policy

A nationwide consultation to shape Saint Lucia’s forthcoming National Policy for Persons with Disabilities has concluded, revealing persistent gaps in inclusion and accessibility across key sectors.Led by the Ministry of Equity, Social Justice, and Empowerment, the series of Mini-Consultations – held between October 13 and 23, 2025 – engaged over 200 participants across more than 14 sessions.
