A 16-year-old has been formally charged in connection with the fatal stabbing of another teenager, marking Saint Lucia’s first recorded homicide of the year.Police reported that the incident occurred late on Friday, January 2, with the victim, Omar Joseph, also 16, succumbing to injuries shortly after midnight on Saturday, January 3.
