Three charged after Bexon search uncovers gun, ammunition and cannabis resin

Three people have been charged with firearm, ammunition and controlled-drug offences following a search of a residence in Bexon, Castries.In a statement issued on Tuesday, police said the Major Crimes Unit executed a warrant to search the premises of Tashem Preudhomme on September 29. During the search, officers recovered what police described as a quantity of cannabis resin, EC$16 310 in cash, a Glock 19 9mm pistol, a 31-round capacity extended Glock magazine and 17 rounds of 9mm ammunition.
