A fourth man has been charged in connection with the fatal shooting of a man in Ciceron earlier this year.Police said in a statement today that 21-year-old Germaine Ishonn Joseph appeared before the First District Court on Wednesday, a day after he was formally charged with the murder of Givanni Andrew Joseph, also known as "Zuzu”.
