Two men have been charged in connection with the fatal shooting of 25-year-old Givanni Andrew Joseph, of Ciceron, Castries, just over a month ago.The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force has identified the murder accused as 23-year-old Sanjay Papius of La Clery, Castries, and 25-year-old Mayim King of Bisee, Castries.
