One dead, multiple injured in Vieux Fort collision

A head-on collision in Vieux Fort on Sunday evening claimed the life of Viclann Gollet Joseph and left several others injured.The crash occurred at about 7:05 p.m. at Il Pirata, involving a car driven by Joseph and a minibus carrying multiple passengers. Video footage circulated on social media appeared to show Joseph’s vehicle veering into the opposite lane moments before colliding with the minibus.
