Fire Service responds to 13 000 emergency calls in 2025

The Saint Lucia Fire Service (SLFS) responded to 13 480 calls in 2025, highlighting the breadth of emergencies and public assistance needed throughout the year.According to the SLFS’ end-of-year report, the responses spanned fire emergencies, medical calls, trauma incidents, and non-emergency situations, reflecting the increasingly varied role the service plays in communities across the island.
