Didier records historic win at Boxing Worlds

Saint Lucian teenager John Didier made history by advancing past the opening rounds of the International Boxing Association (IBA) Men's World Championships in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Competing in the 80-kilogram light heavyweight class on Friday, December 5, the 19-year-old moved on to the Round of 16, the first time a Saint Lucian boxer has advanced beyond the first round of a world championship.
